Hello friends! Hope you had a fabulous 4th of July weekend.
I always wanted to make a criss-cross pocket card and since this was the challenge at Just Magnolia Challenge Blog, it was the perfect time to give it a try. See Jeanette's video here for the details.
The Nestabilities die cut was extended off the top edge so the insert could be pulled out easily. 
The sentiment on the pocket is a stamp and the sentiment on the insert is a rub on. Opps, just noticed the font is different. :( oh well.... The CS for the insert looked too plain so I got a border stamp and stamped the edges with the VersaMark watermark ink. It came out darker than I wanted--another, oh well... lol The leaves were originally green but the color was too contrasting so I changed it by using mauve mulberry paper instead. The challenges
