We had some wonderful news a few days ago, my nephew and his wife celebrated the birth of their second son, Benjamin, a 5 lb, 10 ounce healthy baby boy! For a while we were worried about mother but she is doing great, too! Such a blessing, we are so thankful.
I had surely left my mojo back in Vegas (that and just been so darned lazy) but this news prompted me to get off my b___ and gave me the push I needed. Made a card for them and also found some challenges to enter.

Card recipe:
Paper: Sweetwater (clouds paper) and K&Co, Cuddly Friends (paper-pieced baby clothes)
Stamp: Baby Boy digi
Ink: Copic Markers
Misc: Dew Drops; Martha Stewart punch; DCWV Rub.on Quote Stack, Boy; buttons, ribbons, glitter, foam mounts from stash.
At first I wasn't a fan of digis, wanted the rubba in my hands, but I think I'm addicted to it now (thanks to my DF Charlotte!). I didn't have a baby stamp so went hunting for a digi and wahlah, with a click, it's there. No need to wait for the mail. Don't you just love progress?

I am sure now that you really didn't leave your mojo behind...it just wanted to take a little longer on break =) this card is so perfect and I don't know how you do it but it's wonderful for all those challenges!

I have a couple myself, but I've been so hesitant to do them (afraid of the colors smearing the ink). But you've so inspired me to give it a try!!! What a gorgeous card Shirley! great card Shirley- I think your mojo is back on- I doubt it really ever left you! I really like your sentiment. And I agree about digi stamps- I like that you can resize them and print them out quickly. But I love my rubber stamps too :)
